      OUR SERVICES

• NO CONTACT INSPECTION:  We provide timely and accurate information regarding           

        occupancy status and property condition.

• RE-KEYING AND SECURITIZATION:  We provide all services necessary for initial securing or re-keying of a property. 

​

• RE-GLAZING OF WINDOWS:  If a window pane needs to be replaced or simply re-sealed, we offer both services.

​

• DEBRIS REMOVAL WITH COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION:  We remove all unwanted debris and dispose of it in an environmentally safe manner.

• LANDSCAPING:  We maintain lawns and landscaping in accordance with our clients demands and local ordinances. 

​

• WINTERIZATION/DE-WINTERIZATION:  We conduct all aspects of winterization including: Thermostat adjustment, turning off the gas line, and draining water lines and adding anti-freeze.

•  BOARD-UP:  We secure properties with plywood to prevent theft and damage.
